Career Opportunity | HR Manager – DOINC DOINC, a business development consultancy based in Erbil, Iraq, is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee the organization’s human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will serve as a key link between management and employees, supporting a productive, compliant, and positive workplace while contributing to the organization’s growth through effective talent attraction, development, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding. Develop clear and attractive job descriptions. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department managers. Prepare job offers and negotiate compensation packages. Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. Employee Relations Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Handle workplace conflicts and grievances professionally and fairly. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct regular employee check-ins and satisfaction surveys. Support managers with performance issues and disciplinary actions. Training & Development Identify training needs across departments. Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning programs. Develop onboarding and orientation programs. Support leadership development and succession planning. Compensation & Benefits Coordinate payroll processing with Finance. Administer employee benefits, including leave and bonuses. Conduct salary reviews and support fair and competitive compensation. Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Iraqi and Kurdistan labor laws and employment regulations.
