Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes. Inspect, maintain, and repair belts, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, valves, motors, and other components. Monitor line performance for abnormal vibration, leakage, heat, or noise. Service Tetra Pak packaging lines (A3/Speed, A3/Flex, A3/Prisma, TBA/22) and KHS PET aseptic fillers and blow moulders. Support maintenance of mixing units, CIP systems, pasteurizers, homogenizers, and UHT plants. Ensure compliance with LOTO, EHS, HACCP, and GMP standards. Coordinate with Operations, QA, and Warehouse for planning and equipment availability.

Technical diploma or equivalent engineering/technical qualification. Proven hands‑on experience in mechanical maintenance within FMCG, dairy, food, or beverage production. Practical experience with filling, packaging, processing, and utility equipment. Experience with Tetra Pak and/or KHS equipment preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Good knowledge of industrial safety, food hygiene, and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet production demands. Willingness to work shifts as required.
