The role involves leading training methodology, delivery standards, and quality assurance for a large‑scale digital transformation program. The consultant will develop and localize curricula and learning materials, design and deliver Training of Trainers (ToT), and coach and supervise trainers across multiple locations.

8+ years of relevant training/learning experience; Proven Master Trainer / Learning Lead experience; Experience with digital transformation or major change initiatives; Strong curriculum development & QA background; Kurdish (Badini) & English required; Arabic is an advantage
