📢 mselect is looking to hire an experienced Well Intervention Supervisor to join an international oil & gas operator in Duhok, Iraq. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Supervise and coordinate well intervention and workover operations to ensure safe and efficient execution ✔️ Lead well site teams and coordinate with drilling, production, engineering, and service company personnel ✔️ Plan and oversee well intervention activities, ensuring compliance with approved programs and operational procedures ✔️ Monitor well conditions and operational performance, identifying and addressing potential risks ✔️ Ensure all well intervention activities are carried out in accordance with HSE standards and company requirements ✔️ Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure equipment, personnel, and resources are available when required ✔️ Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions during well intervention activities ✔️ Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation ✔️ Support post-job evaluations and identify opportunities to improve well intervention performance and efficiency Requirements: ✔️ Minimum 10 years of relevant oil & gas experience, including workovers and well intervention operations ✔️ Proven experience at a supervisory level within well intervention or workover operations ✔️ Strong knowledge of well intervention, workover, and well site operations ✔️ Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and coordinating oilfield service contractors ✔️ Strong understanding of well control, operational safety, and HSE requirements ✔️ Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and decision-making skills ✔️ Ability to work effectively in demanding field environments ✔️ Fluency in English is essential 📨 Apply here:
