Eightfold is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their team in a remote position reporting to a US-based manager. The role is primarily responsible for supporting the procure-to-pay (P2P) process across multiple business functions. The position involves collaborating cross-functionally with legal, accounts payable, and compliance teams to drive procurement transformation.
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for SaaS, services, and technology vendors. Track renewal calendars, prepare recommendations, and maintain the vendor contract repository. Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding, collect required documentation, and draft routine vendor correspondence. Develop procurement policies, SOPs, intake workflows, and reporting dashboards.
Strong knowledge of procurement practices and full end-to-end sourcing process. Excellent influencing and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to act as a self-starter and manage P2P workflows.
Experience in contract and vendor management, procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, and cross-functional stakeholder support.
Remote work arrangement.
