Senior Procurement Officer responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers in China, negotiating terms, managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring product quality, coordinating logistics, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Source and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers in China.;Negotiate prices, payment terms, quantities and delivery schedules with suppliers.;Manage the full procurement cycle from supplier sourcing to order delivery.;Follow up on purchase orders, samples, product specifications and production timelines.;Ensure purchased products meet the required quality and specifications.;Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies and customs clearance teams.;Follow up on shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders and related documentation.;Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks.;Monitor market prices and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.;Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records of suppliers and purchases.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in overseas procurement.;Proven experience dealing and negotiating directly with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers.;Very good English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.;Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.;Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.;Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.;Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
