Job Summary The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving, and warehouse personnel. The role will ensure the efficient and accurate movement, storage, and handling of pharmaceutical products and medical devices while maintaining proper storage conditions, product traceability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Manage shipping and receiving activities and ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented. Ensure pharmaceutical products and medical devices are stored, handled, and transported according to their required conditions. Maintain proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, security, and space utilization. Ensure products are protected from damage, contamination, deterioration, and unauthorized access. Coordinate warehouse activities with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant departments. Inventory Management Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records. Monitor stock levels and ensure appropriate stock availability. Implement proper stock rotation, including FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) where applicable. Monitor product expiry dates, slow-moving stock, damaged products, and obsolete inventory. Maintain accurate product traceability, including batch/lot numbers and serial numbers where applicable. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the relevant departments. Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the ERP/WMS or relevant inventory system. Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Compliance Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs, applicable regulatory requirements, and relevant Good Distribution Practices (GDP) . Monitor and maintain required temperature, humidity, and other environmental storage conditions. Ensure proper segregation and identification of expired, damaged, returned, recalled, quarantined, and rejected products. Maintain appropriate records for temperature monitoring, product handling, cleaning, inspections, and other warehouse activities. Support product recall and withdrawal activities when required. Report warehouse deviations and support corrective and preventive actions. Logistics & Distribution Coordinate with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Ensure products are correctly picked, packed, documented, and dispatched. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shipping or receiving issues. Ensure appropriate documentation accompanies shipments where required. Coordinate the return of products and ensure returned goods are properly documented and segregated. Team Management Manage, supervise, and coordinate warehouse personnel. Allocate daily tasks and ensure efficient use of warehouse resources. Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and compliance with procedures. Train and develop warehouse staff on warehouse procedures, product handling, safety, and applicable SOPs. Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Documentation & Reporting Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and maintained properly. Prepare regular reports covering inventory, warehouse operations, stock discrepancies, product expiry, and other relevant KPIs. Maintain accurate records of receiving, dispatch, stock movements, and inventory counts. Support internal and external audits and provide required warehouse documentation. Ensure records are properly maintained and readily available when required. Health, Safety & Security Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and applicable warehouse safety requirements. Main
