Privacy Policy

This is a draft policy for the Kurdistan Next MVP and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It is included so the product architecture and UI have a real destination for this content, per spec §84 — it should not be treated as a finalized legal document.

Candidate profiles default to private. We never expose a candidate's profile, CV, or contact details to employers unless the candidate explicitly enables "Allow employers to discover my profile." Users can delete their account, delete their CV, export their data, and control notification and alert preferences at any time from their dashboard.

CVs are stored in private storage and are never publicly accessible. We collect only the data necessary to operate search, matching, alerts, and application tracking — see ANALYTICS in ARCHITECTURE.md for what usage data is collected.

Job seeker accounts are free. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
