Job Title: Hostess (Erbil) Job Overview: A well-known hotel in Erbil is hiring a Hostess to join its hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant start to the guest dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm, professional manner Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the venue Maintain the reception/entrance area in a tidy and presentable manner Work rotating shifts to ensure consistent coverage Additional responsibilities to be detailed during the interview Required Qualifications: Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience Fluency in English and Arabic, or English and Kurdish Any related educational background Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications: Additional requirements will be provided during the interview Job Details: Location: Erbil, Iraq Industry: Hospitality Working Hours: 8 hours/day (3 shifts, rotational) Working Days: 6 days/week
