United Refinery is looking for a motivated Oil Field Operator to join its Base Oil Refinery in Erbil. The role involves operating and monitoring oil field and refinery processes, ensuring equipment functionality, and supporting production activities.
Relevant experience in oil field, refinery, production, or industrial process operations Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field Minimum 2 years of operational experience Proficiency in spoken and written English Understanding of oil & gas field and refinery operations Knowledge of pumps, valves, tanks, pipelines, compressors, and other process equipment Ability to read P&IDs, equipment tags, operating procedures, and process flow diagrams Capability to monitor pressure, temperature, flow, and level parameters Perform routine field inspections and equipment checks Strong teamwork, communication, observation, and problem‑solving skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline
