A Travel Insurance Officer is responsible for managing, assessing, and administering insurance policies related to travel, ensuring customers are protected against risks like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings. The role blends customer service, risk evaluation, and policy management.
1. Issuing travel insurance policies on IRIS. 2. Giving training & support for the travel agencies. 3. Visiting the travel agencies and opening new accounts. 4. Available online on Friday and Saturday. 5. Do the urgent tasks that are requested by the manager. 6. Responsible for collecting from all the travel agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic & English. - Should have a car. - The company encourages male candidates to apply.
