We are hiring Iraq E-Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH), which is inviting you to join its team. Position: Senior Officer - BI & Business Analyst Work location: Iraq-Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full-time Key Responsibilities: · Data Analysis & Reporting: - Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (Oracle databases, etc.) using SQL and other relevant tools. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. - Perform ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed. · Data Modeling & Design: - Design and implement data models and data warehouses to support business intelligence needs. - Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle. · Business Intelligence Solutions: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. · Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in analyzing and improving commercial processes. · Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques. · Basic Power BI administration such as managing users, creating a data gateway, and opening tickets with the Microsoft team. · Advanced experience with Power BI or other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense). · Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. · Knowledge of ETL processes. · Experience with Oracle databases. · Experience in relational databases using SQL joins · Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot table, Power Query, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,etc) To apply, submit your updated CV via the Online Application link.
